International HR Expert Helen Leung Joins Cast Iron Systems as Director of Human Resources
Leung brings to Cast Iron Systems extensive experience providing human resource support, employee training, and recruitment
Mountain View, CA, March 13, 2006 — Cast Iron Systems, the fastest growing vendor of integration appliances, announced today the appointment of Helen Leung to the position of Director of Human Resources (HR). Ms. Leung brings to this role over 15 years of global, extensive experience providing human resource support and counsel to executive and senior management teams at companies such as: webMethods, Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance and Philips Electronics.

Prior to joining Cast Iron, Ms. Leung was Human Resource Director for webMethods in Australia, where she ran the HR function for Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, PR China and India. She developed and implemented the human resource strategy across the region in support of the company's short and long term goals.
Previously, Ms. Leung served as Human Resource Manager at Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance. In this role, she worked as a pro-active HR business partner providing high level HR support across a broad range of issues from employee relations and training, to advanced HR systems.
